Someone told me this would happen. It's not that I didn't believe it, but I just haven't thought about it until now.
Ben and I are going to a wedding on Saturday, so great excuse to go shopping for clothes and accessories. Then my friend Gina suggested getting some really cute shoes to finish the ensemble. So, off I went to Payless and got a great pair of black heels with a little bow on each shoe.
Can you believe that I'm having to practice walking in heels?? All right, so the heel is a little higher and narrower than I'm used to, but it is mostly because I'm now truly a stay-at-home Mommy, used to wearing flats, sandals & sneakers. Who's complaining?
I'm just thankful I didn't get the sexy, pointy-toed slingbacks instead.
