Sunday with Uncle Johnny

Last Sunday we spent the afternoon with my Uncle Johnny. He was in Arizona for a few days to give a lecture at Arizona State University. We met him at the airport and brought him to our house, where the girls immediately performed their Christmas songs from church for him (nothing like a fresh audience). We took a relaxing walk around the neighborhood and came home for a BBQ chicken dinner. Later, Samantha and Uncle Johnny worked on subtracting 49 from 6,000,000. Although it was a very short visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday with Uncle Johnny.
